Refund & Return Policy

You have 30 days to fall in love with your Love Aero™ product. Not loving it? Just contact us and we'll organize your refund. Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.You may want to consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee we will receive your returned item. 

Cancellation or Amendment

If you need to make an amendment or cancellation, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. However, if 1 hour has passed since you placed your order, you may have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return it to us. 

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, We will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Exchanges
We'll replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. You may also exchange items for products of the same or less cost. If you need to exchange an item please contact us.
